Refund Policy

1. Donations Are Generally Non-Refundable

Velicham Trust is a registered non-profit social organisation. Donations made to us are voluntary contributions towards our charitable mission of improving education for underprivileged students and promoting environmental awareness. All donations are generally final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

We understand that errors can occur. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or accidental donations made due to a technical error.
• Donation amount incorrectly entered (e.g., significant overpayment due to system error).
• Donation made without proper authorisation.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. You must provide:

• Your full name and contact information.
• Transaction ID or payment reference number.
• Donation amount and date.
• Reason for the refund request.

Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request at our sole discretion.

4. Processing Time

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the donation. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel future payments, please contact us at least 3 business days before the next scheduled payment. Cancellations will stop future charges but will not result in a refund for donations already processed.
